Cate is an International Award Winning Boudoir Photographer for over a decade. She is a sought after boudoir educator and a speaker on the topics of Photography and Brand Management. Cate’s superpowers include making dope intimately provocative art, a zen-like way that helps calm others, and being able to help people see their best, most magical selves. She is a yogi, a reiki healer, and a Pisces that possesses both right and left brain tendencies. Cate has an impeccable sense of style to help clients select the perfect wardrobe for their sessions. Like many of you, Cate is not only a business woman, but also a wife and a working Mom to 3 tweens. She understands what it feels like to need to reclaim your inner self … and she is here for it!

Amanda Rae is a highly educated professional makeup artist, aesthetician and educator who came to us with rave reviews from her work with some of the top cosmetic labels including Chanel, MAC, among others. In addition, she also works with several commercial and fashion photographers, NBA pro dance teams, Fashion Shows and TV. She is co-owner of her own wedding + event makeup business, 2GirlsWithABrush which serves all over NJ. We love her range — from magical + dramatic to subtle and natural.. she can do it all. Amanda’s superpowers include her sweet, easygoing rapport with clients, her ability to multitask, her obsession with Sterilization, and damn can she can do a GORGEOUS lippy.

HAIR EXPERT + EDUCATOR + SALON OWNER

Liz is a Hair Artist and Colorist at the top of her industry. In addition to being the owner of one of the most sought-after salons in Red Bank, L Studio, she is considered a top expert educator for the uber-elite hair product label Kevin Murphy. With an ability to color and style any head of hair, Liz is a treasure. As a business owner, Liz is very active in the NJ Community and runs her salon with a focus on sustainability. Liz’s superpowers include her gorgeous red hair, massively entertaining dance and theatrical talents, an ability to make people feel comfortable, and most of all, being utterly hilarious.

MARIA

MAKEUP ARTISTRY, CHANEL ARTIST

A great makeup artist is hard to find. But luckily, we found Maria. Maria was sent to us by the referral of another great local photographer… which by referral was all we needed to know. She DAZZLED us from the very start, with her luminescent, dewy skin … our clients looked like Angels. Quite literally, once we put the the VS wings on them. Maria maintains a busy schedule working with Chanel, but finds time to spend with us at the studio when we are lucky enough. Her superpowers include: A quiet, relaxing nature, beautiful styling skills, and a knack for a good highlight.

CAROLYN

HAIR EXPERT

Carolyn is a gorgeous quiet beauty with a hairstyling skill set that will knock you out of your chair. She spends her time between two top salons- L Studio in Red Bank and a second salon in the city. When she’s not styling hair, she is a mom to a new baby boy, so she has a pretty busy schedule! Carolyn has also been a a muse and a model for the studio. Carolyn’s humble ways, professionalism and Great fashion aesthetic make her the perfect muse! Carolyn’s superpowers include: multitasking, killer sense of style and easygoing ways make her a wonderful energy to be around.

MAGICAL JUDY

PROFESSIONAL RETOUCHING EXPERT

Perhaps the most favorite person in the world, is Magical Judy, virtually based in Toronto, Canada. We gave her that name a few years ago, based on her ability to magically transform great images into spectacularly magical ones that jump off album pages… due to with her amazing photo retouching skills. Once Cate does her signature edits on a photo — it goes to Judy next. As Cate’s digital unicorn — Judy is responsible for smoothing skin, fixing any lumps, bumps, dimples, scars, wrinkles, lint, hair— whatever the occasion calls for. Judy’s is Magical, so it would be redundant to list her superpowers. But she loves DOGS and that was all we really needed to know to love her.
